Mental Health Assessment Walk In Hours

Walk in to access mental health counseling services when it is convenient for your family.

Tuesday  9am - 4pm

Thursday  9am - 4pm

             
This occurs at the 5051 Duck Creek office building. Families are seen in the order of arrival.

Parent/Legal Guardian and child need to attend the appointment and bring:
  • Insurance Card
  • SS card
  • Custody or Guardianship documents as applicable
