The Children’s Home of Cincinnati Voted Top Place to Work
Thursday, June 7, 2018

news, events
The Children’s Home of Cincinnati is excited to report that it has been named as a Top Work Place in the Enquirer Media Top 100 Places to Work 2018, ranking number 29 out of 100 amidst for-profit organizations and schools for mid-sized companies, characterized as having between 150-499 employees.

John Banchy, President and CEO of The Children’s Home of Cincinnati, attributes achieving a place on the list to creating and fostering a culture of engagement: “At The Children’s Home, we take pride in being inclusive and mission-driven,” Banchy said. “Our work simply would not be possible without the hundreds of staff who are bound together by a common sense of purpose.”

“This recognition means so much because it comes from those who know our work best.” says Melanie Burden, Vice President of Human Resources.  “We emphasize and support professional development and team-building activities.  This in conjunction with our compensation package provides a positive work environment which, in turn, results in high-quality service delivery.”
