The Children’s Home of Cincinnati Young Professionals Board (YBP) welcomes a new chair and members to the organization’s team.

Kevin Carter, an attorney with Frost Brown Todd LLC, was recently appointed Chair of the Young Professionals Board organization and has been a part of the organization since 2014. The YPB also welcomed new members this year: Rebecca Lyons of Deloitte Consulting LLP, Nick Milazzo of Fifth Third Bank, and Tess Castner of Frost Brown Todd LLC.

“I’m excited to become the chair and I hope to continue expanding the reach of the YPB and the Children’s Home in Cincinnati and beyond,” said Kevin Carter, newly appointed chair of the Young Professionals Board. “I also want to keep providing opportunities for our members to engage with the Children’s Home students and faculty and get out the word about what the Children’s Home does within the YPB’s network of young professionals.”

“We are proud to have Kevin chair the Young Professionals Board of the Children’s Home,” said John Banchy, President and CEO of the Children’s Home of Cincinnati. “I’m excited to have a Board that is made up of young professionals who want to make a difference within our organization and the community.”

“We want the YPB to be a resource that works with young professionals and others in the community to help promote and strengthen the Children’s Home’s mission.” added Carter.

The Young Professionals Board is an energetic, effective and highly engaged group of supporters who increase awareness of the Children’s Home mission and assist program staff with their work. Members offer professional knowledge and skills for fundraising events, marketing initiatives, and various other special projects, while gaining valuable volunteer and leadership experience.
