Every Child Succeeds

Every Child Succeeds is a free family support program designed to ensure an optimal start for children, while connecting and assisting new parents with valuable and enriching resources. This home visitation program offers both education and assistance with personal and family health, child development, social supports, and much more. Our goal is to provide tools and resources that can help to ease the transition for first time parents and their children.

Program participants are paired with a Family Education Support Specialist who, at the family's convenience, visits the family in the home to answer questions, provide information and share community resources to ensure a healthy adjustment to being a new family. Each Family Education Support Speacialist is highly trained and understands the questions and concerns that every first-time parent has and will provide families with information and assistance on topics such as healthy brain development, child safety, and enhancing parent confidence and self esteem.

Family Education Support Specialist can also offer assistance with childcare services, financial management, access to employment, and links to other services.
