Help Me Grow Family Support

Through a collaboration effort with Lighthouse Youth Services, we are able to offer countywide support for all families enrolled in Help Me Grow (HMG) services. HMG families, through their involvement in the County Family Support Plan, have determined the type of support that should be offered in Hamilton County.

The variety of available opportunities to meet other Help Me Grow families include; twice a month Drop in and Play groups, semi-monthly newsletters, semi-monthly parent and professional education sessions ranging in topics from Individual Family Service Plan development to becoming your child's best advocate. We offer an annual event where parents can connect with one another socially. Additionally, we offer mentors for parents who are just beginning their travels in Help Me Grow with a child who has a medical diagnosis. The mentors offer one-on-one support and perspective from parents who have formally been enrolled in HMG.
